What to include in a first email

To make our first exchange useful, a few things help me respond substantively:

Company and your role — context for what scale we’re talking about.
The problem shape — one paragraph on what you’re dealing with.
Timing — is this urgent, this quarter, or future planning?
Engagement interest — scoped day, retainer, fractional, or just exploring?
